Spotless place, good value. The location was tranquil and the view was wonderful, the service was welcoming. The staff were ready to help. Wine bar and excellent pool.

Fine breakfasts plus informative staff - good stay. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. The location in a busy area was strategic and there were a market and a night market nearby. There was Purple Cherry Restaurant easy walk to the hotel.

The reception was lovely and so clean. We booked deluxe room and it was valuable. The hotel was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the heart of Hanoi. Facilities were BASIC too.
